XRP at high stable prices becomes a collateral asset similar to treasuries. Liquidity pools, structured products, and prime broker arrangements through Hidden Road let holders generate yield without selling. Risk stack it like any portfolio: most in low risk, some in medium, a small slice in high yield. Blended return stays stable while the core position compounds. Retail access to the prime broker layer depends on institutional partnerships.~ Jake Claver, QFOP

Below $50,000 to $80,000 in portfolio value, the money is better spent buying more XRP than setting up structure. Once you hit that threshold, an LLC and revocable trust become worth the cost. After significant appreciation, the 409A valuation technique compresses LLC value by 25 to 30 percent allowing more to be gifted out of the taxable estate than the raw asset value would allow. Structure when the numbers justify it.~ Jake Claver, QFOP

Tether depegging is not the most likely scenario. Sanctions or delisting are more plausible paths that create the same exchange liquidity problems without a traditional depeg. A Ripple developer confirmed that sanctions on Tether would cause significant market disruption. Either way, exchanges losing their primary liquidity source creates the same demand dynamic for XRP as a neutral alternative.~ Jake Claver, QFOP

Keep digital assets separate from your operating business. A separate holding LLC can help isolate valuable assets from operating liabilities, while proper documentation helps maintain the corporate veil. Could separating your assets now give your wealth stronger protection later? Follow for more.~ Jake Claver, QFOP

Getting better requires being around people who know things you do not. Different backgrounds, different expertise, different ways of seeing the same problem. That is the whole premise of a mastermind. You borrow from other people's experience and they borrow from yours. Nobody has to figure everything out alone or feel backed into a corner when there are people around them who have already solved the same problem. Beyond Broke is built on exactly that.~ Jake Claver, QFOP

One way to think about this is, available supply matters more than circulating supply when evaluating settlement capacity. Escrowed XRP, institutional holdings, and liquidity pools reduce supply available for settlement. If daily volume reaches the trillions while available supply remains limited, the required price per unit changes significantly. Transaction volume, not headline market cap, is the key variable.~ Jake Claver, QFOP

What really separates XRP and XLM? Both share roots through Jed McCaleb, but their structures and use cases differ. XRP's blackholed origin account supports its role as an institutional settlement asset, while XLM is positioned more toward payments and merchant services. Both can succeed in their respective markets.~ Jake Claver, QFOP

Some clubs you can't buy your way into. Dallas National runs half a million up front with a waiting list, and a spot only opens when a member passes away. Tiger 21 caps out around three thousand members worldwide and wants a net worth north of twenty million just to sit at the table. The annual dues are almost a rounding error. What you're really paying for is the room. Would you pay in for the network?~ Jake Claver, QFOP

Trying to time the perfect entry often matters less than building the right position over time. Dollar cost averaging removes emotion and keeps you focused on the long-term thesis instead of short-term price swings. Time in the market often beats timing the market.~ Jake Claver, QFOP

The thesis isn't that XRP must rise before macro events unfold. It's that a broader liquidity rotation could coincide with changing macro conditions, creating the environment supporters believe is needed for institutional settlement. The intersection of macro trends, politics, and regulation is the framework worth watching. Subscribe for more.~ Jake Claver, QFOP

What if RLUSD's growth ultimately strengthens XRP's role instead of replacing it? RLUSD serves a different purpose than XRP. As more institutions issue their own stablecoins, a neutral bridge asset becomes increasingly important for interoperability. Many believe that growing XRPL liquidity and XRP-based routing could make XRP even more valuable over time.~ Jake Claver, QFOP

Does every tokenization partnership compete with XRP? Not necessarily. Tokenization and settlement are different functions. Many networks can tokenize assets, while supporters point to Project lon and R3 for backend settlement infrastructure. Understanding the difference between issuance and settlement changes the conversation.~ Jake Claver, QFOP

Leveraged XRP ETFs are trading tools, not buy-and-hold investments. While they amplify gains, they also magnify losses, and market volatility can erode returns over time. If you're not actively managing positions or approved for leveraged trading, a spot ETF may be the more suitable choice. The leverage is only useful if you are actively timing entries and exits with enough experience to do that effectively.~ Jake Claver, QFOP

Sit on it for six months before making any major moves. Keep working, get the right professionals around you, and understand the tax consequences before deploying proceeds anywhere. Once that groundwork is in place, the areas with real tailwinds worth researching include data center infrastructure for Al compute, Bitcoin mining hardware repurposed for Al compute power, and quantum computing companies in early innings with demonstrated traction. The mastermind principle is simple: surround yourself with people a few steps ahead who can share real experience, not just theory. Beyond Broke brings together members focused on crypto, business, estate planning, and wealth-building to learn from one another.~ Jake Claver, QFOP

Having too much money is a real problem. When Warren Buffett is sitting on 400 billion dollars, there's almost nowhere to put it. Treasuries are one of the only markets deep enough to absorb that much cash, even at low yields. The more capital you deploy, the harder it gets to earn a strong return on all of it. Small investors actually have an edge here. Follow for more on how big money really moves.~ Jake Claver, QFOP

XLM and XRP share similar compliance-focused architectures but serve different roles. For DTCC backend settlement, supporters point to Corda and Project lon, where XRP is positioned as the primary settlement asset. XLM's capabilities don't change the infrastructure already built for that specific use case. Subscribe now for more updates.~ Jake Claver, QFOP

Why the wealthy borrow against their assets instead of selling them. Sell and you trigger a taxable event and give up the upside. Borrow against the same asset and you get cash today while it keeps working for you. As long as you can keep borrowing against it, there is little reason to ever sell. It is the same playbook the rich have used with real estate and stocks for decades, now applied to crypto held in real custody. Would you borrow against it or sell it?~ Jake Claver, QFOP

RLUSD is backed by treasuries and cash equivalents, not dollars directly. That matters because it does not solve the Nostro Vostro problem. If counterparties still need to pre-fund accounts in each other's stablecoins to settle, the locked capital problem grows rather than shrinks. A DEX that routes settlement through a neutral asset means the counterparty receives whatever they want on the other side without pre-funding. RLUSD working well does not reduce the need for XRP. It confirms it.~ Jake Claver, QFOP

XRP already pulled off a supply shock once. When Ripple locked half the total supply into escrow, it helped set off the run to $3.84 back in 2017. That level still hasn't been revisited. With demand building again and less supply floating around, another squeeze could push it somewhere it's never been. Follow for more on how XRP actually moves.~ Jake Claver, QFOP
