The Small Gifts of God....As Spring made it's way into Summer.... Summer made it's way into Fall...I've spoken about some treasured memories of the first two seasons and now I can finally get caught up to where we are now.The thawed earth of Spring eased it's way into Crickets and Katydids of Summer...and now as we move forward in the year..cold nights and shorter days will tell the frost it is okay to make it's way back....Having lived up North for most of my life...God's announcement of the change of seasons seemed so much more distinct.My yard had at least a dozen Maple trees and they were the first to let us know what was coming...They would very slowly change from the lush green of summer....to yellow...to orange...to bright red.... dropping an assortment of colors as they went along.Two things they seemed to beg as they finished making their deposits were....RakeJD Farag Listener Page - Unofficial
