Early in the Plandemic, The U.S. Government sued Dr. Eric Nepute for $508 BILLION for telling you to boost your immune system with Vitamin D and Zinc (among other things). In 2022, he hired me as an expert witness and I share inthis video what I saw from INSIDE this case. He is now speaking publicly about it and you can find his most recent interview with Fanchon Stinger in my stories and/or the comments.

Why did Remdesivir advance into hospital protocols while HCQ was restricted and/or abandoned? This VITA presentation (link in stories & profile) revisits the treatment decisions made during the early pandemic. Through a chronological review of early clinical findings, dosing strategies, safety evidence, major trials, and regulatory actions, Dr. Christina Parks examines what clinicians knew at key decision points—and what remained uncertain. Her focus includes the devastating effect of the Surgisphere data set publications on HCQ and how subsequent retractions were completely insufficient to mitigate the destruction of HCQ in the public eye. It’s time for this story to be told....please find the link in the comments and share widely. https://rumble.com/v7fvqja-covid-therapeutics-who-chose-the-winners-and-losers.htmlRumbleCOVID Therapeutics: Who Chose the Winners and LosersA Look Back at the Evidence, Safety, and Treatment Decisions

We love things that smell good—from perfume and freshly washed clothes to candles, lotions, cleaning products and air fresheners. But when the word “fragrance” appears on an ingredient label, how much does it actually tell you about what’s in the product? In this episode of Cutting Through the Hype, Mara & Christina explore the surprisingly complicated world of fragrance: how fragrance mixtures are labeled, what manufacturers are required to disclose—and what they may not have to tell you. We’ll look at phthalates and other fragrance-related chemicals that have raised concerns about endocrine and reproductive effects, what the research actually shows, and why words like “natural,” “essential oils,” and even a luxury price tag don't necessarily tell you what you're being exposed to.Endocrine Disruptors webinar is available on VITA. Tues. Sept. 22, 8 pm EST. COVID Therapeutics & Hospital Protocols. Link to VITA in comments. When COVID-19 emerged, physicians were confronting a new virus—but they were not starting with a blank slate. Decades of research into antiviral therapies, viral pneumonia, ARDS, inflammation and critical care already existed, along with experience from SARS and MERS and emerging clinical experience from countries confronting COVID first. In this presentation, Dr. Christina Parks goes back to the scientific literature and asks: What treatments did the evidence support? Rather than judging decisions solely with hindsight, we’ll reconstruct what was known at the time and ask a fundamental question: Were COVID hospital protocols consistent with the scientific and clinical evidence available to those developing them?

The incidence of Type 1 Diabetes is increasing. Many people don't know that Type 1 Diabetes is an autoimmune disorder and that the increasing incidence is due to environmental factors, including exposure to the virus that causes COVID. I discussed this on CHDtv this morning and did an entire webinar about it on my VITA website. Please share this video widely to increase awareness. https://live.childrenshealthdefense.org/chd-tv/events/trending-news-segments/diabetes-covid-your-children-christina-parkslive.childrenshealthdefense.orgDiabetes, COVID & Your ChildrenChristina Parks, Ph.D. talks about factors contributing to Type 1 Diabetes.

As a mother of a special needs child who also homeschooled, I’m passionate about helping women (and men) find the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual resources that they need to meet each day. I recently saw a post that said, Sleep is physical recovery, Silence is mental recovery. Solitude is emotional recovery. Doing nothing is creative recovery. You need ALL four. Wow. That so hit a nerve, since I rarely got ANY of these as a mom for more than a decade. On Episode #15 The Visible and Invisible Load: Why Women Run Out of Room for Themselves, we do a deep dive into how we can make more space for the things that make our hearts and minds soar and nourish us body, mind and soul. It's Food Friday!! Every summer, the garden seems to produce zucchini, eggplant, peppers, onions, tomatoes, and basil all at once. This recipe is my favorite way to celebrate that abundance. Unlike traditional ratatouille, part of the vegetables become a rich, rustic sauce while the rest are lightly browned and finished with Parmesan, giving the dish wonderful texture and flavor. It’s one of those meals that fills the house with the aroma of garlic, basil, and tomatoes—and somehow even the people who “don’t like vegetables” always find their way to the table. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KOd4q028gJc&t=97sYouTubeSummer Garden Skillet Ratatouille[Zucchini, Summer Squash, Eggplant, Peppers, Onion, Garlic, Basil, Tomato Sauce] Every summer, the garden seems to produce zucchini, eggplant, peppers, onions, tomatoes, and basil all at once.
