Droidspaces v6.6.0 has been released! 🎉- feat: --allow-sandboxing for running unprivileged Docker, Podman and Flatpak/bwrap inside containers - feat(journald): inspect per-unit journal logs from the init service list; journal logs screen moved onto the shared components and opens at the tail without a visible jump - feat(net): accept split-tunnel VPN routing tables as a pinned upstream - mount: hw-access mode now exposes the raw devtmpfs; device blocklist and the unfiltered-dev privileged toggle removed, staged /dev binds and --allow-vts documented - fix(security): refuse bind mounting the host root into a container; folder picker greys out confirm at host root - fix: remove the Deadlock Shield entirely (runtime, app toggle and docs); drop the privileged mode security warning banner - fix: CLI now defaults to --net=nat - fix: peer guard no longer

VirtualAP v1.8.0 has been released!For those who don't know what VirtualAP is, it allows you to convert your mobile device into a fully functional Wi-Fi router by creating a bridge with an OpenWRT Droidspaces container.Since Droidspaces containers have no virtualization overhead, your VirtualAP hotspot will achieve the maximum throughput of your Wi-Fi hardware, potentially even better than what Android provides.This is the first time such an integration exists in the world. People have tried to do this in the past with the help of QEMU, but we both know QEMU TCG performance is poor, isn't it?So, that's it. We've introduced a new feature that allows you to run sandboxes like Flatpak and Docker unprivileged containers with a single toggle!Previously, Flatpak and unprivileged containers didn't even work properly, even if you enabled full privileged mode!But now, everything has been fixed. No need to enable privileged mode either :)1. Enable the "Allow Sandboxing" feature. 2. Start the container. 3. Sandboxing works out of the box, just like it would on a real Linux PC! 🥳In these screenshots, I'm running the Flatpak version of Chromium and VS Code :)

Available in the rootfs repo!Give it a try.Steps:1. Download 2. Install with Termux-X11, GPU access if Turnip, otherwise VirGL), and PulseAudio enabled. 3. StartDone.PS: Add the DESKTOP_USER environment variable to specify a local user to boot the GUI as, instead of the root user.
