Starting 9/2 the 3 month T-Bill yield took off higher and now sits above our simple Fed discount rate/T-bill model.Usually the Fed follows the market and this suggests a minimum of 25bp hike but 50 would not be out of the question.This is however right before the midterms so politics might be involved.
