የኢትዮጵያ የንግድና ዘርፍ ማኅበራት ምክር ቤት ፤ ንግድና ኢንቨስትመንትን የማስተዋወቅ፣ ግልጽና ተወዳዳሪ የንግድ ስርዓት እንዲኖር የመደገፍ፣ ስነ-ምግባራዊ የንግድ አሠራርን የማጠናከርና በመንግሥትና በግሉ ዘርፍ መካከል እንደ አገናኝ ድልድይ ሆኖ የማገልገል ኃላፊነት ያለበት ከመሆኑ አንጻር ዛሬ ሕገወጥ ንግድን በመከላከል ዙሪያ የተካሄደው መድረክ ችግሮቹ ላይ በመወያየት የጋራ የመፍትሄ አቅጣጫ በመተለም ረገድ ትልቅ ሚና ይኖረዋል።ሕገ-ወጥ ንግድ ሕጋዊ የንግድ ድርጅቶችን ከማዳከሙም ባሻገር መንግሥት የሚሰበስበውን ገቢ ያሳጣል፣ የአገር ውስጥና የውጭ ኢንቨስትመንትን ያዳክማል እንዲሁም ሙስናን በማስፋፋት በንግድ ድርጅቶች መካከል የሚኖር ውድድርን የሚያዛባ ሲሆን ፤ የድንበር ቁጥጥርን በማዳከምም ሕዝቡ በተቋማት ላይ ያለውን አመኔታም እንዲያጣ ያደርጋል።ከዚህም ባሻገር የሕጋዊ ንግድ ተቋማትን ብቻ የሳይሆን ሸማቾችን፣ መንግሥትን፣ ሠራተኞችን፣ አምራቾችንና አጠቃላይ ኢኮኖሚውን የሚነካ ጉዳይ ነው።በመሆኑም ፤ ኢትዮጵያ ሁሉን አቀፍ የማክሮ ኢኮኖሚ ማሻሻያዎችን በማካሄድ ምርታማነትን ለማሳደግ፣ የኤክስፖርት ተወዳዳሪነትንና የኢንዱስትሪ ሽግግርን ለማጎልበት በትጋት በምትሠራበት በዚህ ወሳኝ ወቅት፣ ሕገ-ወጥ ንግድ ለአገራዊ ልማት ከባድ ፈተና ሆኖ የዘለቀ በመሆኑ መከላከሉ ትኩረት ያሻዋል።በዚህ አጋጣሚም፤ ኮንትሮባንድ ወይም ሕገ-ወጥ ንግድን ለመከላከል ሁሉም የድርሻውን እንዲወጣ መልዕክቴን አስተላልፋለሁ።ሰብስብ አባፊራ አባጆቢር የኢትዮጵያ የንግድና ዘርፍ ማኅበራት ምክር ቤት ፕሬዚዳንት❇️❇️❇️❇️ የኢትTelegramEthio-ChamberThe Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations (ECCSA) is an apex organization of Chambers & Sectoral Associations in Ethiopia. ሁለተኛ ቀኑን በያዘው በብሪክስ የንግድ ፎረም፤ በአባል አገራት መካከል የአገልግሎት ንግድን ለማሳለጥ በሚያስችሉ አዳዲስ የትብብር ማዕቀፎች ላይ ውይይት ተካሂዷል።የኢትዮጵያ የንግድና ዘርፍ ማኅበራት ምክር ቤት ዋና ጸኃፊ ዶ/ር ቀነኒሳ ለሚ፣ በፎረሙ ላይ “Unlocking Intra-BRICS Trade in Services: New Pathways for Growth and Cooperation” በሚል ርዕስ በተካሄደ የፓናል ውይይት ላይ በፓናሊስትነት ተሳትፈዋል።በመድረኩም ዶ/ር ቀነኒሳ የጥቃቅን፣ አነስተኛና መካከለኛ ድርጅቶች (MSMEs) በብሪክስ (BRICS) አገራት መካከል በሚካሄደው የአገልግሎት ንግድ ውስጥ የበለጠ ንቁ ተሳትፎ ሊኖራቸው እንደሚገባ አስገንዝበዋል።የጥቃቅን፣ አነስተኛና መካከለኛ ድርጅቶች የሚፈጥሩትን የሥራ ዕድል፣ የፈጠራ አቅም እና ለኢኮኖሚ ዕድገት የሚያበረክቱትን ሚና በመጥቀስ፤ እነዚህ ድርጅቶች ከBRICS የንግድ ዕድሎች ተጠቃሚ ብቻ ሳይሆኑ በአገልግሎት ንግድ የእሴት ሰንሰለቶች ውስጥ ንቁ ተሳታፊዎች እንዲሆኑ መደረግ እንዳለበትም አስገንዝበዋል ።አክለውም፤ በአገራት መካከል ያለውን ትስስር ብቻ ከማጠናከር ባለፈ በኩባንያዎች መካከል የቀጥታ የንግድ ትስስርን ማስፋፋት አስፈላጊ መሆኑን ጠቁመው፤ ይህም በBRICS አገራት መካከል ለንግድ ድርጅቶች ተጨባጭ የንግድ ዕድሎችን ሊፈጥር እንደሚችል በገለፃቸው አመልክተዋል።ዋና ጸኃፊው ካነሷቸው ቁልፍ የትኩረት መስኮች መካከልም የዲጂታልና የመሠረተ ልማት ክፍተቶችን መቀነስ፣ የBRICS MSME Digital Gateways ማቋቋም፣ ለMSMEs የንግድ ፋይናንስ ተደራሽነትን ማስፋፋት፣ ክህሎትና ፈጠራን ማጠናከር እንዲሁም የንግድ አቅምን ማሳደግ ይገኙበታል።በተጨማሪም የቁጥጥርና የገበያ ተደራሽነት እንቅፋቶችን ለመቀነስ የሚደረጉ ጥረቶች የእያንዳንዱን አገር ብሔራዊ ጥቅም በማክበር መከናወን እንዳለባቸው ጠቁመዋል።በመንግሥታት፣ በንግድ ምክር ቤቶች፣ በንግድ ማኅበራት፣ በፋይናንስ ተቋማትና በግሉ ዘርፍ መካከል የሚደረግ የተቀናጀ ትብብር እነዚህን ቅድሚያ የተሰጣቸውን ጉዳዮች ወደ ተጨባጭ የንግድ ዕድሎች ለመቀየር ወሳኝ መሆኑንም አስገንዝበዋል። ❇️❇️❇️❇️❇️❇️The second day of the BRICS Business Forum has focused on strengthening trade in services among BRICS economies, with the Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations (ECCSA) calling for greater participation by micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).ECCSA Secretary General Dr. Kenenisa Lemi, who participated as a panelist in a session titled “Unlocking Intra-BRICS Trade in Services: New Pathways for Growth and Cooperation”, said MSMEs should be at the centre of efforts to expand services trade within BRICS.The Secretary General said MSMEs should not only benefit from emerging opportunities but also become active participants in intra-BRICS services trade value chains. He highlighted their contribution to employment, innovation, entrepreneurship and broader economic development.He also stressed the importance of moving beyond connectivity between countries towards stronger connectivity between companies, arguing that closer business-to-business links could create practical opportunities for enterprises across BRICS economies.Among the priorities highlighted by Dr. Kenenisa were addressing gaps in digital and physical infrastructure, establishing BRICS MSME Digital Gateways, expanding access to trade finance, strengthening skills and innovation, and improving the business capabilities of MSMEs.He also called for efforts to reduce regulatory and market-access barriers while taking account of the national priorities of individual countries.
