It starts with each and every one of us.One of our fellow campaigners puts this philosophy into practice not only through Greenline Front’s activities. For the past five years, he has been an active member of the volunteer fire brigade and was even on the ground during this year’s forest fires.We spoke to him about the fires in Germany and Europe. About the dangers threatening our forests – from extreme drought to carelessly discarded cigarettes and glass, right through to people who deliberately start fires.His message is clear: the fire services can cope. GREENLINE FRONT & EHRENAMTReden können viele. Handeln müssen wir selbst.Wir sagen es immer wieder: Naturschutz beginnt nicht bei irgendwelchen Behörden, Parteien oder großen Organisationen. Er beginnt bei jedem Einzelnen von uns.Einer unserer Mitstreiter lebt diesen Gedanken nicht nur bei Aktionen der Greenline Front. Seit 5 Jahren steht er aktiv bei der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr im Dienst und war auch bei den diesjährigen Waldbränden selbst vor Ort.Wir haben mit ihm über die Brände in Deutschland und Europa gesprochen. Über die Gefahren, die unsere Wälder bedrohen – von extremer Trockenheit über achtlos weggeworfene Zigaretten und Glas bis hin zu Menschen, die Feuer bewusst legen.Seine Botschaft ist klar: Die Feuerwehren können es schaffen. Aber dafür braucht es Menschen, die sich engagieren, moderne Ausrüstung und gesellschaftliche Unterstützung.Genau darum geht es auch uns.Greenline Front Deutschland

A short trip to Norway – 5 days in OsloFriends of Greenline Front Germany were off on a short break to Norway. Their destination: Oslo, the Norwegian capital in the south of the country.Five days are hardly enough to truly explore a city like Oslo in its entirety – but they made the most of their time. As well as extensive explorations of the city and getting to know Norwegian culture, the itinerary included visits to no fewer than six museums.Particularly impressive: Oslo combines city life with an astonishing closeness to nature. Numerous green spaces, parks and its location on the Oslofjord characterise the cityscape and make the capital a special destination.Our conclusion is clear: Norway, and Oslo in particular, are definitely worth a visit.Anyone who wants to get to know Norway and, at the same time, values a big city that still leaves room for nature and green spacesGreenline Front Deutschland

Norwegen-Kurztrip – 5 Tage OsloFreunde der Greenline Front Deutschland waren für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Norwegen unterwegs. Ziel: Oslo, die norwegische Hauptstadt im Süden des Landes.Fünf Tage reichen kaum aus, um eine Stadt wie Oslo wirklich vollständig zu entdecken – doch die Zeit wurde intensiv genutzt. Neben ausgedehnten Erkundungen der Stadt und dem Kennenlernen der norwegischen Kultur standen gleich sechs Museen auf dem Programm.Besonders beeindruckend: Oslo verbindet Großstadtleben mit einer erstaunlichen Nähe zur Natur. Zahlreiche Grünanlagen, Parks und die Lage am Oslofjord prägen das Stadtbild und machen die Hauptstadt zu einem besonderen Reiseziel.Unser Fazit ist eindeutig: Norwegen und ganz besonders Oslo sind definitiv eine Reise wert.Wer Norwegen kennenlernen möchte und gleichzeitig Wert darauf legt, dass auch eine große Stadt Raum für Natur und Grün lässt,Greenline Front Deutschland

Independent judiciary? despite animal cruelty?A cat is said to have been brutally killed in front of the camera. Four young men therefore stood trial – and were acquitted. For us, this is far from over. If there are video recordings, witness statements and other information, then these must be seriously examined and legally assessed. An acquittal should not be the final straw if legitimate questions remain unanswered.We as Greenline Front therefore demand: Check, clarify and - if the legal requirements are met - bring this case to court again!And one question must be allowed: Is Theresa Posch still the right person for the judgeship after these proceedings? We do not demand any prejudgment. We demand education, transparency and a judiciary that also takes a consistent approach to protecting animals. Unabhängige Justiz? trotz Tierquälerei?Eine Katze soll vor laufender Kamera brutal getötet worden sein. Vier junge Männer standen deshalb vor Gericht – und wurden freigesprochen. Für uns ist damit noch lange nicht Schluss. Wenn es Videoaufnahmen, Zeugenaussagen und weitere Hinweise gibt, dann müssen diese ernsthaft geprüft und rechtlich bewertet werden. Ein Freispruch darf nicht zum Schlussstrich werden, wenn berechtigte Fragen offenbleiben.Wir als Greenline Front fordern deshalb: Prüfen, aufklären und – wenn die gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen dafür gegeben sind – diesen Fall erneut vor Gericht bringen!Und eine Frage muss erlaubt sein: Ist Theresa Posch nach diesem Verfahren noch die richtige Besetzung für das Richteramt? 🔥 115,000 HECTARES. A CRIME AGAINST NATURE.France is burning - and the extent of it is almost impossible to understand.By the beginning of August 2026, more than 115,000 hectares of forest and vegetation had fallen victim to the flames. This corresponds to around 1,150 km², roughly the area of Berlin - or more than 160,000 football fields.At the same time, 402 people were arrested or taken into police custody in connection with the fires. According to current information, 36 people were held in pre-trial detention or detained after court proceedings.But behind every number there are destroyed habitats.Forests that have grown for decades or centuries. Animals losing their habitat. EIN VERBRECHEN AN DER NATUR.Frankreich brennt – und die Dimension ist kaum noch zu begreifen.Bis Anfang August 2026 sind dort mehr als 115.000 Hektar Wald- und Vegetationsfläche den Flammen zum Opfer gefallen. Das entspricht rund 1.150 km², ungefähr der Fläche Berlins – oder mehr als 160.000 Fußballfeldern.Gleichzeitig wurden im Zusammenhang mit den Bränden 402 Personen festgenommen bzw. polizeilich in Gewahrsam genommen. OUR NATURE – OUR RESPONSIBILITYWe called on everyone to make the most of July: head out into the woods, through parks and along the sides of paths. Not just to watch – but to get stuck in. Pick up litter, take responsibility and set an example.But what we saw again on our walks leaves us speechless. Rubbish carelessly discarded everywhere. Bottles, tins, packaging and rubbish – right in the middle of nature. Left behind by people for whom convenience is apparently more important than the world in which they themselves live.For years, there has been talk of environmental protection and nature conservation. There are campaigns, promises and grand words. But as long as thoughtlessness and boundless consumption dominate everyday life, little will change. UNSERE NATUR – UNSERE VERANTWORTUNGWir haben dazu aufgerufen, den Monat Juli zu nutzen: Raus in die Wälder, durch Parks und an Wegesränder. Nicht zum Zuschauen – sondern zum Anpacken. Müll einsammeln, Verantwortung übernehmen und ein Zeichen setzen.Doch was wir auf unseren Wegen wieder gesehen haben, macht sprachlos. Überall achtlos weggeworfener Müll. Flaschen, Dosen, Verpackungen und Unrat – mitten in der Natur. Hinterlassen von Menschen, denen Bequemlichkeit offenbar wichtiger ist als die Welt, in der sie selbst leben.Seit Jahren wird von Umwelt- und Naturschutz gesprochen. Es gibt Kampagnen, Versprechen und große Worte. Doch solange Rücksichtslosigkeit und grenzenloser Konsum den Alltag bestimmen, wird sich wenig ändern. Die Natur braucht keine leeren Parolen – sie braucht Menschen, die handeln.Wie wollen wir unseren Kindern erklären, warum Wälder zu Müllkippen werden?
