𝗔 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 This week, our team assisted a family who were heading towards court after being unable to reach agreement on their property and parenting arrangements. What had started as a difficult separation had become increasingly strained, with tension building between both parties. Discussions had become emotional and, at times, spiteful. Neither party could agree on how their assets should be divided or how their childcare arrangements should work moving forward. Court was becoming the next step, but both parties knew that going down that path could mean significant time, expense, stress and uncertainty.
