አብዛኛው ሰው ስለ "Compounding" ሲያስብ፣ መጀመሪያ ትዝ የሚለው ገንዘብ ነው። ግን ከገንዘብም በላይ በከፍተኛ ፍጥነት compound የሚያደርጉት... በየቀኑ የምንገነባቸው አዳዲስ skills እና ትናንሽ ልማዶቻችን (habits) ናቸው።ዛሬ ለ30 ደቂቃ አዲስ ነገር መማር ህይወታችንን በአንድ ጀንበር ላይቀይረው ይችላል። በቀን 10 ገፅ ማንበብ ወይም አንድ አጭር Tutorial ማየት ዛሬውኑ ተአምር አያመጣም። ግን... እነዚህን ትናንሽ ልማዶች ለ1 ወይም 2 አመት ሳናቋርጥ ስንደጋግማቸው፣ ማሰብ ከምንችለው በላይ ሩቅ እንሄዳለን! ያኔ ዛሬ ያለንበት ቦታ እና ማንነት ላይ በፍፁም አንገኝም።

ብዙ ጊዜ ያቀድነውን ሳንሰራ የምንቀረው፣ ጥሩ እቅድ አጥተን አይደለም... ለእቅዳችን deadline ስለማንሰጠው ነው!"በቃ በዚህ ወር እጀምራለሁ" "በቅርቡ የሆነ ነገር አስቤያለሁ" "አንድ ቀን ይሄን ነገር አደርገዋለሁ.. deadline አይደለም! የምር ያሰባችሁት እና ያቀዳችሁት እንዲሳካ ከፈለጋቹ1; ቀንና ሰዓቱን በግልፅ ወስኑለት: በዚህ ሳምንት እሰራዋለሁ" ከማለት፣ "አርብ ማታ 2 ሰዓት ላይ እጨርሰዋለሁ" በሉ። አእምሯችን ግልፅ የሆነ ነገር ነው የሚወደው። 2. ትልቁን እቅድ ከፋፍሉት: ትልቅ ነገር በአንድ ቀን አይሰራም። ስለዚህ ትልቁን እቅድ ወደ ትናንሽ ስራዎች ቀይራችሁ ለእያንዳንዱ አጭር አጭር deadline ስጡት። 3። አብሯቹ የሚሰራ ሰው ይኑር (Accountability partner): ልክ እንደ እናንተ seriously ህይወቱን መቀየር የሚፈልግ ጓደኛ ፈልጋቹ accountable ሁኑ!
