Deer Crossing, or as in North-American signs I've seen it: "XING"I worked on this piece at the beginning of the year, originally just as a design for an enamel pin. I didn't really expect to do much more with it, but I ended up liking how it worked at a bigger size too. First it became a T-shirt design, and now it also turned into a pretty nice acrylic print!I'll have it with me at Anthro SoCal, both as a T-shirt in Dealers Dens on some upcoming conventions and as a print in the Art Show.I’m also taking some commissions to work at the convention.If you are in Ontario, California this weekend, stop by and say hi!

I Drew This During my Flight to ASCAnd this one is a tribute to Street Fighter, my favorite fighting game when I was younger. I blame the arcade machine that the neighbor store had next to my mom’s studio and then having the Alpha 3 game for PS1You’ll get to see this one on exhibition at the Anthro SoCal’s Art Show!

I like to imagine a place where time moves slower, and an afternoon can simply be an afternoon.This is Aud, a little Dakotaraptor who was such a lovely character to draw. When you plan a trip with friends, you usually imagine everything going perfectly. You think about all the places you'll visit, the things you'll do together, and all the good memories.Of course, trips rarely go exactly as planned. You get lost, plans change, someone forgets something, or you end up somewhere you never expected to be. But those little problems are what give a trip its personality. Years later, they may even become the stories you remember the most (Believe me I have so many of those)I won't say much about what Art and Biro are doing here. I don't want to give away too much about what may or may not happen next!Happy birthday to these two critters! We tend to be thinking that the people around us will always be there. We make plans for tomorrow, next year, and many years from now, without thinking too much about how lucky we are to have them with us todayAnytime is a good reason to appreciate the time we have right now. Sonny, as part of his job, tends to just leave the mail and moves on to the next house. But this time, a little someone is already waiting for him. Sonny has no idea what is inside that envelope, or how long this little guy has been waiting for it. Maybe it is good news, a letter from someone far away, or something he has been hoping to receive for weeks.Whatever it is, seeing him run out so excited makes Sonny happy, making completely his day.
