Pleasant afternoon, Cassies. We would like to address and clarify what happened regarding the recent issue surrounding one of the menfess approved by our team.Foremost, we sincerely apologize for approving the menfess in question. One of our admins, Catherine, approved a menfess that was ambiguous in both its context and wording, making the intention behind the post unclear references that could easily be interpreted as addressing a certain party. In retrospect, the menfess should have been screened more carefully before being approved. This was an internal lapse on our part, as we failed to anticipate that the menfess could potentially lead to an unnecessary conflict.Our sincere apologies also go to to Senju (@Senjju), as well as to other parties who may have been affected by the negative consequences that followed. We are aware that some of what happened in the comment section went beyond discussing the original topic and became personal, and we deeply regret that this happened under our platform.Regarding the delayed response in muting the menfess and its comment section, the discussion initially started in a relatively well-mannered way, with people sharing opinions and information. However we do apologies cause failed to recognize quickly enough when the situation began to shift and became increasingly unconstructive, with several parties eventually using the thread to attack one another. We sincerely ask everyone not to use this menfess or its discussion as an excuse to target or attack anyone personally. Whatever disagreements may exist, personal attacks are not something we intend to facilitate through our platform. We acknowledge that we should have intervened sooner and taken the necessary action before the situation escalated further.It is also important to clarify that personal matters occurring outside our base are unfortunately beyond what we can directly monitor or verify as we don't have the awareness about where and when the event taking place, our responsibility is to properly manage and deliver menfess submitted through our platform with our service and we acknowledge that our handling of this matter did not meet the expectations of our subscribersWe already approach the sender privately and express everyone's concern about the issue, we thank everyone who replied with educational response and we approached the sender by informing everyone's information in hope that the sender is receiving the answer they're looking for.We also very sorry that we are still unable to take further action regarding the sender at this point since the account used to make the menfess is a burner account with no identifiable information, we are unable to verify the sender’s intention behind the menfess by assumptions. We simply cannot make assumptions about the sender’s negative intention without sufficient basis as everyone has been said. We hope everyone can understand this limitation on our end.And we also hope that in the future, every critics, report, and everything regarding our service can be expressed through our bot @CasetReportBot for Cassette and @CaelReportBot for Caelestia to ensure a safe and comfortable environment in the comment section.This matter will serve as an evaluation for our team, and necessary improvements will be made to prevent similar issues from happening again, we apologize for the negligence we have made, we acknowledge our shortcomings in handling this matter that need to reflected on our handling of the situation, we are very sorry to disappoint everyone who trust our service.
