😂😂Hell nah cycling itself doesnt directly cause hemorrhoids, but long periods of cycling can put pressure and friction around the ahh and make it worse if u had one before . personally i never had that issue and also for long rides a recommend cycling bibs that have pads under the seat

then be one bruh. u dont need to find a person , ofc there are a looot but until u find one make AI and the internet your friends and just learn . so that when someone like you comes trying to find network engineer and u will be the one he gets. solve the problem u faced for the others too by being one comrade .just search , google , ask , learn , try , repeat and eventually u will be who u dreamed of

yea G , ride a bike look young like me even tho ur old 😂. honestly bike is one of the best sport to stay young . our coach is 68 years old yet he looks younger than me fr and much strong and healthy even tho he drinks አረቄ sometimes (sorry coach i saw u )
