SEEHUM 炒 TAU GEY! 😂This is one dish that is so hardly seen outside nowadays, and I really don’t know why!And whenever you DO find it, there’s always one problem… THE SEEHUM ALWAYS LESSER THAN THE TAU GEY. 😭So to fulfil my dream, Chef Erhao and I decided to do things differently — ONE FULL PACKET OF SEEHUM + one small packet of tau gey. 🤣Finally…实现我的 Seehum 自由了！Every mouthful also got seehum. ANY SEEHUM FANS HERE?! 🙋🏻♂️ PLEASE PRESS A LIKE! ❤️I’m a sucker for all these unhealthy foods 😂 And with Japan having its Silver Week holidays till Wednesday, it means I have a little more time on hand to do the things I like!So Chef Erhao and I decided to R&D our own Drunken Cockles (醉蛤 / Drunken Seehum) — and wah, it turned out SO GOOD. 🤤Not too sure if this will ever make it onto our menu because I know fewer people eat cockles nowadays… BUT I LOVE IT SO MUCH!Spicy, savoury, garlicky, boozy — and that sauce with the seehum is seriously addictive.Thanks for listening to my random off-day story! 🤣 SEEHUM FANS, WHERE ARE YOU?!

So sorry once again. I brought Uncle to my family doctor and the director referred him to A&E as he’s afraid Uncle might have suffered a stroke/heart attack.Apologies I will do the launch once uncle heads in to A&E. Uncle is generally ok, but really shaken.
