Hi everyone, there was a critical issue where some 16-bit Tidal tracks sounded like fake FLACs or upscaled MP3s.This was actually a bug on our side. 16-bit Tidal tracks were mistakenly being re-encoded with FFmpeg instead of being sent in their original, untouched quality.The issue has now been fixed. From now on, 16-bit tracks will be sent directly in their original FLAC format, exactly as provided by Tidal, without any re-encoding or quality loss.Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you everyone for your patience and support.If you downloaded any 16-bit tracks previously, please download them again to get the original, untouched version.Aeon Updates
