A 31-year-old Syrian migrant has been arrested on suspicion of killing a 25-year-old woman in Zwickau, Germany, after emergency responders found her critically injured inside an apartment in the Neuplanitz district.The woman was rushed to hospital but died from her injuries shortly afterward.
