The defect is not in TAC‑specific code — it resides in the shared Cosmos EVM module, and within 24 hours other networks using this module suffered attacks of the same class.
It was a fund outflow, not minting. No new tokens were created, the total supply remained unchanged: 2 985 651 403 TAC were moved from one account to another. Only $TAC was affected; all other assets on the TAC network were unharmed.
