Starting July 1, 2027, peer-to-peer (P2P) cryptocurrency transactions between individuals will be banned in Russia. Furthermore, according to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, individuals will not be permitted to transfer cryptocurrency from a digital account to a non-custodial wallet.
