TON Ecosystem is buzzing after the launch of its first project on Early: MyTonWallet. This marks another big ecosystem achievement as we continue to support early-stage Web3 projects by leveraging the enthusiasm of TON Community and the resources of TON Foundation.
What is Early?
Early is a growth-hacking platform developed through a partnership between the TON Foundation Accelerator and Open Builders. It helps early-stage Web3 projects go from concept to reality by providing growth and community-building tools. The platform aims to become the leading go-to-market pathway for projects on TON Blockchain, promoting sustainable growth and helping new ventures achieve the exposure and user base necessary for success.
Introducing MyTonWallet
MyTonWallet is an independent, self-custodial, open-source wallet on TON Blockchain. Currently, it includes various features such as staking, multiple account management, token handling, and integrations with hardware wallets like Ledger. The team behind MyTonWallet is planning to introduce support for multiple blockchains in the near future, but the project is already compatible with TON DNS, TON Sites, TON Proxy, and TON Magic, making it one of the most feature-rich wallets in the ecosystem.
MyTonWallet is also exploring tokenization to reward users and incentivize community involvement:
- $MY Token: The native token of MyTonWallet, known as $MY, is used to unlock premium features across all wallet services such as enhanced exchange rates and increased staking rewards.
- Reward Pool: 3 million $MY tokens, which represent 6% of the total supply, are allocated to the rewards pool for community participation.
How does the reward system work?
MyTonWallet x Early is using a unique token distribution system to reward community members based on their contributions:
- Top contributors: The most active users receive a larger share of tokens
- Top 100 contributors will receive 500K $MY
- Contributors ranked 101 – 1,000 will share 1M $MY
- Those ranked 1,001 - 10,000 will also be allocated 1M $MY
- Extra drop: An additional 500K $MY will be distributed equally among 5,000 randomly selected contributors!
The TGE (Token Generation Event) is scheduled for May 7, with a monthly unlock of 20% of the tokens. All interested participants must join before May 6, 12:00 UTC.
