Israeli extremist and war criminal Itamar Ben-Gvir continues to escalate his attacks on al-Masjid al-Aqṣā.Last night, he stormed the al-Burāq Wall alongside thousands of settlers, where Talmudic rituals were performed in yet another violation of the sanctity of Islam’s first qiblah.The Western Wall, known as the al-Burāq Wall, is where the Prophet ﷺ tied the Burāq on the Night Journey, and where the Prophets before him tied their mounts.Ben-Gvir has also backed demands to open al-Masjid al-Aqṣā exclusively to settlers on Saturdays. Umar al-Mukhtar | The Lion of the Desert!On this day 95 years ago (16th September 1931), Sheikh Umar al-Mukhtar was executed by publicly hanging at the age of 73 by Italian colonial forces.He was wounded in battle near Slonta, and then captured by the Italian army. More than 500 settlers have stormed and desecrated al-Masjid al-Aqṣā since this morning as part of the Jewish New Year incursions, under heavy Israeli police protection.The occupation has imposed a total media blackout. No images have emerged from inside the mosque, and its guards are being prevented from documenting what is taking place.The media blackout must not become the silence of the Ummah. Al-Masjid al-Aqṣā is our first qiblah and the concern of every Muslim. Do whatever you can: raise awareness, speak about it, teach your family about its importance, try to visit it and never forget it in your duʿās.O Allah, protect the blessed al-Masjid al-Aqṣā and its worshippers. One of the best deeds one can perform on Jumuʿah is to send abundant ṣalawāt upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.Sending ṣalawāt is a command from Allah and a means of attaining His mercy, forgiveness, and elevated ranks. Through it, worries are relieved, hearts are softened, sins are forgiven, and abundant reward is earned. It draws us closer to the Messenger ﷺ in this life and the Hereafter, and is a means of attaining his intercession on the Day of Judgement, among countless other blessings.اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّعَلَىٰ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيْمَ وَعَلَىٰ اٰلِ إِبْرَاهِيْمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيْدٌ مَّجِيْدٌ. اَللّٰهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّعَلَىٰ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيْمَ وَعَلَىٰ اٰلِ إِبْرَاهِيْمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيْدٌ مَّجِيْدٌ
