people often say "i want my constitutional rights" and have no clue what they are..and quite often confuse the Bill of Rights with Constitutional Rights.in the Federal Constitution there are three juris of law declared for the people, can you list them ?and there is the 'letters of mark" language in there as well.. think B.A.R. Assoc....anytime a STATE or state is a party to a cause of action conflict, which court has the original jurisdiction ? .... then why do any state or county courts hold trial/hearings on them ?????bobbylawrence_real️
