I usually don't apply for awards, but I took a chance - and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made.Winning pushed me further to continue my professional journey in ways I didn't expect. The team behind the UK Alumni Awards encouraged me to develop further professionally, which led me to pursue the Central Eurasian Leadership Program. This experience helped me to understand myself better and significantly expand my professional network.I was happy to connect with other winners in other categories.
