    Talked about my little phone detox last week. The shorten version of the experience was time and the quality of it.I not only had more time but also a challenge on how to spend it. I hate wasting time and used this opportunity to visit family, have deeper connections on current or future events with my wife and creating memories.Even after all of that, there was still free time where I wanted to jump on my phone. Instead I just took that time to close my eyes and enjoy the peace.Gentlemen, we have this one life to truly live. Go out there and live it!

An unshakeable grounding for our infrastructure of ancestry to excel under the principles of faith. There is no greater faith than following Jesus Christ.I've said it before but the time spent splitting hairs on which christian denomination is best for everyone is ultimately our Greatest fault. Creating a culture of improvement and challenging our friends and families towards self betterment.However the word can also turn a man into a toxic, obsessed and unsatisfied shadow chasing numbers and the dominance over others. Creating a culture of gate keeping, sabotage and a tunnel vision that misses the forest for the trees.It's a word that needs to be balanced and moderated. As we grow older there is less group wide competition in our day to day life. We become individuals who become fathers and husbands but not a team with other like minded men. We then go towards comparison to other's finances, vacation, and other bragable feats.
