V4 ಸದಸ್ಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳು 1. ಪೋಲೆಂಡ್ 2. ಹಂಗೇರಿ 3. ಸ್ಲೋವಾಕಿಯಾ 4. ಚೆಕಿಯಾ (ಚೆಕ್ ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯ) ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಅಂಶಗಳು - ನ್ಯೂಯಾರ್ಕ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಮೊದಲ V4–ಭಾರತ ವಿದೇಶಾಂಗ ಸಚಿವರ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಬೆಂಬಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಯಿತು. - ಭಾರತದ ವಿದೇಶಾಂಗ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ. ಎಸ್. ಜೈಶಂಕರ್ ಈ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಎಂದು ಬಣ್ಣಿಸಿದರು. - ಭಾರತವು ಜಾಗತಿಕ ದಕ್ಷಿಣದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಧ್ವನಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇಂಡೋ–ಪೆಸಿಫಿಕ್ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಉದಯೋನ್ಮುಖ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಮಂಡಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು ಎಂದು V4 ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಿವೆ. - ಭದ್ರತಾ ಮಂಡಳಿಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರಾತಿನಿಧಿಕ, ಸಮತೋಲಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಈ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳುತ್ತದೆ. - ಭಾರತ ಮತ್ತು V4 ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳು ರಾಜಕೀಯ, ಆರ್ಥಿಕ, ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ, ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಕಾರ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿವೆ. ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಭದ್ರತಾJNANAGANGOTHRI IAS & KAS
