Meaning Split Design PatternSo, Part II of my Language-Driven Design book is finally here. Chapter 11, Meaning Split Design Pattern, is out! 🎉This is the part where I get to play with an idea I've been thinking about for a long time: What if we treated language itself as a design material? From Part II onward, each chapter is a design pattern. But these patterns are not about another way of structuring classes, another architecture style, or another variation of something we've already seen.📖 Chapter 11 - Meaning SplitRead the chapter. If you find the idea interesting, share it with someone who might have one of those words hiding in their codebase.

جزئیات و بوک کردن : masoudbahrami.com/office-hoursI started Office Hours a few months ago.

Every architecture diagram you've ever seen is missing something. The layer beneath. I've seen systems die not from bad code, but from broken meaning. Five people. I've watched systems collapse because nobody stopped to ask: "What does 'Order' actually mean?"Chapter 4 of my book Language-Driven Design: The Hidden Layer. Language-Driven Design book, chapter three📕I don't care if you use DDD, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal, or Microservices. If you get the first decision wrong, none of them will save you.Why do words have this power? Why does calling something Transaction instead of Settlement change the architecture? Why does Customer lead to different services than User? Why do the fintech, logistics, and healthcare companies all die the same death? The easy answer is: because words mean things. And different words mean different things. That is true. It is also useless. It explains nothing(sorry, really, really sorry)! The harder answer is more interesting. Words shape how we think. How we think shapes what we see. What we see shapes what we build. What we build shapes what everyone else sees. The loop closes. The loop tightens. The loop becomes the architecture.Chapter 3 of my book,

Creation from the MomentWhenever I think about software, and about building it, with or without AI!, I hold one firm belief: Development happens in the Moment. Each frame of that moment is a continuum that feeds the next frame. It’s never a one-shot action; it’s much closer to improvisation. And like any real improvisation, it draws on previous learning, actions, practice, and even mood. Building software is exactly the same. For me, creation knows no boundaries. It doesn’t stay trapped in ones and zeros, nor in quantum states, nor in the notes of music. This amateur improvisation, much like a bright software idea, was born out of a spontaneous moment, a moment when I simply listened to my inner voice and let myself flow.Software and music share the same language, the language of creating in the moment. It’s where countless quiet practices suddenly turn into something real, and

There are countless mysterious and buzzword-heavy terms in the world of AI and software development. The core values and principles of agile development have shifted toward what have traditionally been considered bad smells and poor practices.Agile practices like BDD or Specification by Example are often ignored blindly until the hype around AI kicks in, at which point everyone suddenly clings to them, claiming they are the secret to success. As usual, people tend to follow the process blindly without really questioning it.https://youtu.be/5wks1W-auKY?is=hjIrUVvGXbRrBfoa
