https://www.tiktok.com/@amal.visuals/video/7683197274385665313Growing up means realising that none of us are easy to get on with – not you, not them, not anyone else. Everyone has flaws; everyone has days when it’s hard to love them, days when they shut themselves off, days when they need more than they can give, days when they test the patience of those around them. And that’s not a problem. It’s being human. The difference isn’t in finding someone without problems. It’s in finding someone who doesn’t run away when yours come to the surface. Someone who chooses to understand alongside you, not against you. Someone who stays even when you’re not easy to understand. That’s what matters.

https://www.tiktok.com/@patrickbrasini/video/7687882455105228064You’ll never know how many people were about to send you a message and then deleted it. If someone listens to a song whilst thinking of you, you’ll never know if anyone’s still telling one of your jokes. Or how many people have dreamt about you and never told you. You’ll never know how many versions of you exist in other people’s lives, or if anyone associates you with qualities you don’t even think you have. You’ll never know if your smile has brightened someone’s day. Whether someone is inspired by you, even if you no longer speak. You’ll never know how many tears someone has shed for you. Whether someone has stood up for you. Whether someone would hug you right now, at this very moment. All this to tell you that you’re important in people’s lives, even if at times you’ve been so in silence and may have thought you

https://www.tiktok.com/@marco.noto3/video/7600155650697596182Sometimes rebuilding yourself means completely tearing yourself down. Tearing down the idea you had of yourself, what you thought you wanted, the life you tried so hard to hold together. Yes, it hurts. Starting over isn’t something simple or motivating at first. It’s a confusing, chaotic, lonely process. You might feel like a stranger in your own life, as if nothing you once believed in makes sense anymore. But this isn’t a failure; this is the beginning. Letting everything come crashing down is sometimes the only way to understand what’s truly real. You don’t need to rush to put every piece back together; you just need to stay there amongst the rubble, learn, and choose what deserves to remain in your life.

The billionaire on his private jet feels nostalgic for the old days. The millionaire in first class dreams of owning a jet of his own. The entrepreneur in his sports car wants to become a millionaire. The employee with a car dreams of a sports car. The unemployed man on his bicycle would just like a job and a car. The pedestrian would like at least a bicycle. The paralysed man who would give anything just to be able to walk again. And then there’s the terminally ill person, whose only wish is to be healthy again. You see, there’s always another level, another goal to pursue, another ‘if only’ standing between you and happiness. But if you don’t learn to appreciate what you have right now, you’ll spend your whole life chasing what comes next, without ever realising that someone else is dreaming of exactly the life you’re already living. Happiness doesn’t lie in having more; it lies in

https://www.tiktok.com/@ruggiero_very/video/7669596686565559584The most beautiful quality in a person is not their eyes, nor their lips; it has nothing to do with outward appearance. The most beautiful quality of all is a kind heart. Kindness is the most beautiful because it can be seen even by those who cannot see. And it can be felt even by those who cannot hear. A person with a kind heart has the brightest smile and the most infectious laugh, because when they smile, they lighten the atmosphere; when they laugh, they light up the whole room. Kindness dispels evil just as light dispels darkness, but kindness does not mean saying ‘yes’ to everything. Being kind means knowing how to say no to what hurts you and to what hurts others. It means making people who have always felt invisible and misunderstood in such a harsh and cruel world feel heard, listened to, understood and seen.
