Reddit data is much more useful when you look beyond the posts. This Reddit Lookup actor doesn’t just collect a user’s public activity — it builds a structured behavioral and psychographic profile from what they write, how they engage, and the topics they consistently return to. That makes it useful for research, profiling, investigations, and audience intelligence. Worth testing on a few real profiles — the depth of the output is the interesting part.

Tested the new Company Info actor on Apify. You can search by company name, registration number, or domain and get back a structured company profile covering identity, ownership, leadership, legal/regulatory signals, adverse media, financial signals, and risk indicators. The output is clean enough to plug directly into KYB, due diligence, corporate research, or enrichment workflows. The useful part: the first 3 company searches are free, so it’s easy to test it on real companies before deciding whether it fits your workflow. https://apify.com/clearcheck.io/company-infoApifyCompany Info · ApifyResearch one company by name, registration number or website and get a clean company profile: identity, registration numbers, ownership, leadership, leg...

Tested the Search-by-Name actor on Apify across a number of queries. The output is quite precise: structured enrichment data, good signal-to-noise ratio, and results that are easy to consume in automated investigation or profiling workflows. At $0.20/query, the cost-to-output ratio is strong. https://apify.com/clearcheck.io/search-by-name Would be interested to compare it with other name-enrichment APIs people are using in production.ApifySearch by Name · ApifyClearcheck Labs name search and aggregation. Found an interesting service called TellData. It can help check whether the details someone gives you—name, phone number, address, etc.—actually match. Could be useful for a small shop or service business before giving an unfamiliar person keys, goods, or access to a property. The reports aren’t exactly cheap, but one bad surprise can be much more expensive 😅 Here’s how it works. Has anyone tried it or knows a better alternative?TellDataVerify Someone - TellDataVerify a person before you hire, rent or meet. Confirm the name, phone and email really belong to them, then check criminal, court and watchlist records.

Threads can unlock a "private" Instagram account Threads accounts are directly tied to Instagram. You can't create one without an Instagram account, and both share the same username. That connection is often the first breadcrumb, confirming that a Threads and Instagram profile belong to the same person, even if one of them has since changed usernames. The bigger gap is privacy settings. When Threads launched, many users left their Threads profiles public without realizing those settings were separate from Instagram. As a result, a private Instagram account may still have a public Threads profile showing posts, replies, likes, and a visible follower/following list. Threads also supports full-text search across public posts, making it possible to find accounts by name, handle, or keyword. Replies and likes on public Threads posts can reveal a private account's social circle. It's a small

Has anyone here tried ClearCheck? I've been using it recently for background checks and was curious what other people's experience has been. I don't see it mentioned very often. If you've used it, what did you think? Better or worse than Checkr or GoodHire? https://clearcheck.io/

Phone numbers get recycled. In screening systems, that creates silent risk. If you escalate based only on phone enrichment, you may review the wrong person.Better design: • treat phone as volatile • require cross-identifier consistency • weight by freshness • use async lookup properly

For background check / screening SaaS builders: Clear cases shouldn’t wait. A simple way to use enrichment without slowing conversion: • Intake: quick triage only (don’t go heavy) • Before the full check: choose depth (fast track vs escalate) • Adjudication: help analysts explain why a case is unclear Use tiers: Green / Yellow / Red instead of pass/fail — and log reasons for audit. 1. Quickstart 2. Tutorial Question: what creates more pain for you — speed or false positives?

Most “OSINT automation” fails at the same step: turning one identifier into reliable context without flooding the report with noise.A simple architecture that scales:Input → Enrichment Job → Multiple lookups → Poll → Normalize → Cache → ReportKey rule: treat enrichment as signals, not truth. Normalize outputs into a stable schema + keep an audit trail (request ids, timestamps, lookup type).Quickstart TutorialWhat’s your biggest pain: coverage, false positives, speed, or cost?
