含金量还在默默上升，因为昨天SEC代币化股票利好，整个Robinhood生态都起飞了。加密货币行业从美国证券交易委员会（SEC）那里获得了一大利好：SEC宣布给予为期五年的豁免，允许企业促成基于区块链的代币化股票和证券的交易。有助于加快 SEC 把数字资产融入金融经济的计划。SEC 将向特定平台提供五年豁免，只要它们满足某些条件，就能获得监管上的宽松。这些要求包括：确保代币化股票的持有者能够获得与传统股票持仓相同的权利，并给予公司对其证券的数字表示形式提出异议的机会。此外，SEC 表示还将为流动性提供商提供类似的五年豁免，这意味着它们不必承担传统交易商所应承担的监管义务。
