Messaging in support groups has been disabled. To contact us, please use the @soadmin account.This account has been upgraded:You initially have the right to send 5 messages.After your profile is verified, you will be able to message without limits.You will be able to see which support agent is communicating with you in advance.These improvements allow us to analyze statistics, identify the most effective support agents, and continuously enhance our service quality. Most issues can now be resolved within a few hours.Previously, support groups caused time loss and made it difficult to clearly describe issues due to limitations such as image sharing.
