GAMEE, one of the first gaming platforms to launch games within Telegram, has estimated its third-quarter 2026 revenue at $1.71 million. This represents a 94% year-over-year increase from $879 thousand and a 63% increase from the second quarter's $1.048 million. In August, GAMEE achieved its first profitable month in its history. These figures are preliminary: the press release dated October 7 states that they are unaudited and subject to change.

What the Report Says

GAMEE is a subsidiary of Alpha Compute, which trades on Nasdaq under the ticker ALP and owns 60% of the platform. The release provides the following figures for the third quarter:

Q1 2026Q3 2026
Revenue$926 thousand$1.71 million
Game Sessions88.5 million118 million
Players per Quarter5.57 million7.01 million
Monthly Active Users1.7 million2.61 million
Daily Active Users150 thousand270 thousand

The first-quarter data is taken from the transaction closing notice that Alpha Compute filed with the SEC in May. Including the second quarter, revenue has grown for four consecutive quarters, totaling $3.68 million for the first three quarters of 2026. This exceeds the estimated 2025 revenue of $3.54 million from the March acquisition release.

The release includes two caveats regarding profitability. Only August is named as a profitable month. Break-even was achieved on "recurring Web2 revenue." The third-quarter figures were published solely via press release; there is no separate 6-K filing with the SEC containing them.

Where the Money Comes From

Audited financial statements are available for Hong Kong-based Ga Mee Global, the holder of GAMEE's IP, whose primary business is in-game advertising. Development was carried out by Gamee Mobile s.r.o., and Ga Mee Global acquired Gamee Limited on January 20, 2026, for €4,505,000. Ga Mee Global's revenue for 2025 was $3.195 million. Of this, $3.154 million, or 98.7%, came from advertising revenue, with only $41 thousand from sales. Ga Mee Global ended the year with a loss of $1.68 million, following a loss of $440 thousand in 2024. The March acquisition release cited an estimated 2025 revenue figure of $3.54 million.

Advertising here also refers to branded games. In early 2026, GAMEE launched the mini-app Alley Escape in Telegram, based on the Azuki NFT collection universe, which was played by 315 thousand users. For the Gold Fest campaign with the nGRND project, the platform, according to the company, received $500 thousand for development and another $500 thousand for marketing. Gold Fest players accumulate Gold Points, which serve as a substitute for a gold token not yet mined from the earth. The second part of the campaign runs from August 26 until the end of October, and by the end of September, it had 259 thousand players. In May, the campaign was described as a $2 million gold giveaway. On October 21, the GAMEE channel announced a final prize pool of $1.5 million in gold tokens and stated that the gold-backed token itself would be released in late 2026 or early 2027, initially pegged to 10% of the spot price of gold.

The company attributes its growth to updating older games and to the use of AI in development, creating promotional videos, advertising, and localization.

How Many Players in Telegram

Telegram added games on October 3, 2016, and the announcement of this feature featured the @gamee bot as an example. Currently, according to the release, most players come to GAMEE through native iOS and Android applications. The bot's page on October 27 showed 289,450 monthly users. This is 11% of the 2.61 million the company reports for all platforms. In addition to the bot, GAMEE has other mini-apps in Telegram: Alley Escape was played by 315 thousand users, and the WAT giveaway in Watcoin attracted 4 million wallets. The GAMEE Community channel has 1.8 million subscribers.

In March, Alpha Compute, then AlphaTON Capital, stated that out of GAMEE's 119 million registered users, 61 million were Telegram users. Among the forward-looking statements in the October release is an assessment of how much to continue development within the Telegram ecosystem, and changes in the Telegram ecosystem and other third-party platforms are cited as risk factors.

Who Owns GAMEE

GAMEE was founded in 2015 in Prague. In July 2020, Hong Kong-based Animoca Brands acquired it for €4 million in shares and up to €1 million in earn-outs. At that time, the platform had 13 million registered users and 1.3 million monthly users.

The current owner has changed its name twice since September 2025. According to SEC data, prior to September 2025, it was the biotechnology company Portage Biotech. It then became AlphaTON Capital with the ticker ATON and, as stated in Ga Mee Global's financial reports, a holder of TON reserves. In April 2026, the company was renamed Alpha Compute, and its focus is now AI GPU-as-a-service. The agreement to acquire 60% of GAMEE was signed on March 19 and closed on May 27. The sum was up to $11 million, valuing all of GAMEE at $18 million. At closing, the seller received $3.5 million in cash, shares, and warrants. The remainder depends on GAMEE's annual EBITDA: the full earn-out will be paid for $1.2 million in the first year and $1.6 million in the second, and proportionally if EBITDA is above zero but below the threshold. Animoca retained ownership of 40% and one of three seats on GAMEE's board of directors and committed not to acquire control of Alpha Compute for two years.

GMEE and WAT Tokens

Along with the stake, Alpha Compute received 51% of the tokens from Animoca's treasury: 878 million GMEE and 20.5 billion WAT. GMEE has been GAMEE's token since 2021, and WAT is the Watcoin mini-app's coin on the TON network. According to the release, the WAT giveaway brought 4 million wallets into the TON ecosystem.

As of October 27, according to CoinGecko, GMEE is priced at $0.00113, with a market capitalization of $1.99 million. Alpha Compute's package was valued at $1.83 million at closing, and is now $988 thousand. GMEE's all-time high of $0.714 was on May 14, 2021. WAT is priced at $0.0000018, with a market capitalization of $23 thousand and daily trading volume of about one dollar. The coin hit a new low on October 23, 2026, and its all-time high of $0.00179 was on September 23, 2024.

AI Applications

GAMEE's new direction is consumer AI applications for those who have not yet used neural networks or use them minimally. The company calls this an "AI arbitrage" model: the application pre-selects a model, writes prompts, and maintains context, while the user receives a ready-made gaming assistant for a specific task. For Alpha Compute, each such request is a load on its own computing power. The first applications are promised for release in the fourth quarter of 2026. Afterward, GAMEE aims to become a "neo-publisher": testing third-party AI applications on its audience and releasing successful ones with developers for a share of the revenue.
